I felt prioritized, heard and informed the entire time. He made a video of my place which really highlighted its beauty for the sale; it’s also such a nice little keepsake of the place I loved for years. Jason was prepared for support I couldn’t have anticipated, like a last minute plumber for a small leak found on inspection. They were called in and it was fixed before the process ended at a very reasonable rate. My home sold day one, multiple offers and above asking price! It was seamless and impressive. I felt at ease with him negotiating pricing on both the sale and purchase. He went above and beyond accommodating showings for places of interest. As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially overwhelmed by the entire process, but working with Jason Todd made the experience not only manageable but also enjoyable. I had the great chance to work with Jason when he was the selling realtor for a property that I purchased. He put me at ease right away with his transparency, and showed me the utmost respect as an unrepresented buyer. He was kind, patient, and responsive whenever I had questions. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this property, and to have had Jason’s professional support in making my purchase. I did not have a realtor as a buyer because I was worried about feeling pressured, but after working with Jason (as the sellers realtor!), I have come to know that when you find the right realtor, there is no pressure, but there are immense benefits.
